Cancellation Policy


Safety and sanitation are our top priority. Below are our policies and guidelines to review before your next appointment! 

48 Hr No Refund Cancellation Policy

  • Less than 48 hours before - NO refund, 50% service will be charged

  • Less than 24 hours before - NO refund, 100% service will be charged

  • No show - NO refund, 100% service will be charged

  • Arriving 15 minutes or beyond into your appointment completion of service will be at the stylists discretion. If the stylist is unable to do the service you will be charged the amount of the service

  • More than 48 hours before - 100% refund

  • If we have not received your waiver 48 hrs before your appointment, your booking will be automatically cancelled

  • ALL relaxer appointments require a $100 deposit which is nonrefundable within 7 days if cancelling or rescheduling

*** Charges for no shows / late arrivals /cancellations within 48hrs can NOT

be credited towards rescheduled appointments ***

3+ cancellations in a row 48hrs or more prior to the scheduled service will not be able to rebook unless paid in full beforehand or if appointment is made day of.

Checking out

All credit cards and cash are accepted for payment. When offering gratuity, cash is preferred. 

Additional Considerations

Please do not arrive with extra guests, children, or pets.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
